I like the product, but the some of the lip colors were more pink than they appeared online and as a darker skinned person I don't love light pinks on my lips. However, I have had this issue before and I know that mixing with blue/yellow can give me more desirable colors! Everything arrived quickly, but I would also feel more comfortable if the packaging had some sort of seal. There was no sticker or tape on the boxes so no way to know if a product was tampered with.

It has become very apparent that colourpop does not care about its overseas customers. Over a month and a half for my order to arrive, and this is not the first time. Even though I got given a free gift, it was a highlighter that I had already gotten months before in another late order. Your company does have some great products, but not nearly worth having to spend $50 USD and then pay tax imports on top of that. Also, colourpop, in my personal opinion, has oversaturated the market with gimmicky makeup, and it has gotten to the point everything "new" you guys release is the same shades making it not even worth it. Something else that has disappointed me is that quite a lot of the palettes and makeup pans I have received over the past few years are all cracked around the rim and have this overfilled look. This dirties the palette and makes it look ridiculously cheap. I used to love colourpop, but it is no longer worth it anymore.

I hate that things sell out soo fast but a million influencers review it all after the fact. So when do the people who actually buy things get to use them? I like the products but the experience of buying the actual product has gotten worse over time.

There was a fall out in the pans

I love the products but customer service is terrible. Takes 3-5 days for reply. No phone number to call. I placed order, used code for 10% off, code worked but then somehow disappeared off my order confirmation. Emailed customer service immediately & they wouldn’t cancel it or honor it. Then the very next day had 25% off sale & wouldn’t honor those prices either. Said my order had already processed but didn’t actually ship for almost 9 days.

I love the prices and awesome options HOWEVER the color matches online are always off, the formulas are hit and miss, and the collections come out with HASTE. Maybe if they focused on refining and perfecting the best formulations as opposed to churning out mediocre products, I think I'd definitely be happier with Colourpop. Bring back the OG products like blotted lips, keep parts of collections that people rave about, and stop with the fast-hype makeup!! We want quality that fits into our everyday lives, not just hyped up products for influencers to promote.

I love Colourpop products and the new collections they come up with, always great ! Some are great quality and more than worth the price (pen liners, super shock shadows, blushes, bronzer) but there’re some who are worth the price (lesser quality like the glitter gels, mascaras and shadow fallouts). Also, whenever I order cream type products like their super shock shadow or highlighter, the products are always broken :/ BUT, doesn’t change my love for the brand and I’m surely going to order more from them 🤗
