Great makeup, 3 wks for delivery from time of order. Mostly upset because 6 or 7 of my pigments were scratched, one split, and packaging was dinged and every single pallet scratched. I reached out to the company and got a rude customer service agent who dosmissed my complaint and sent me on my way. Literally. Hope your customer service improves because that was the worst part. Thanks.

I LOVE Colorpop products. Unfortunately, There are no local stores that sell Colorpop, so I have to order online. The site is easy to use, but it usually takes about 2-2.5 weeks to get my products. If the shipping times were better, I would order more. Other than that, I absolutely love the brand and the products and the site is very user friendly!

I was introduced to ColourPop by purchasing their Freckle Pen. I was happy enough with it that I eventually visited their website and purchased a few more items--I'm a big fan of their eyeshadow palettes--and I can say I'm officially a fan. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of product you get. Their eyeshadow palettes do have a little bit of fall-out to contend with, but the overall color pay off makes up for it. Impressive and friendly customer service and products I can support make this a brand I enjoy doing business with!

The product was amazing and I love the eye shadow pallets I got. The only reason I’m giving them four stars out of five is that I didn’t receive an item and I got a store credit instead of a refund or the product that I ordered.
