Some of the packaging is cheap, especially for the eyeliners. The covers fall off easily and the product dries out. I also don’t like the frequency of releases. It’s wasteful and too much.

Average. Lip colors always slightly different from online pics

Processing took way longer than expected, but I recently got shipping confirmation.

I love the product but the reason I give it a 3 star for my last order is due to some of my lipsticks arriving loos or detached from its base so when I opened them the whole little tube came out on atleast three . So it's kind of a bummer having "NEW" lipsticks that way.

a lot of your older lip pencils I bought were broken in the middle in several parts, but didn't know until I got down to it.

I was in love with the color zebra and it was taken away. Never made a return with another name like others do. Other than that, I love Colourpop. Great coverage for lips. The highlighters are nice and the eyeshadow colors are amazing. HOWEVER, the mascara flakes all over and the eyeliner runs. Get into the lid creases. The eyeshadow breaks easily. The coconut palate is amazing but the white fell apart everywhere. I never even used it.

I love colourpop but my recent purchase was a bit disappointing. I ordered the creme gel pot liner in exit and it was very dry. Not creamy at all. I also reordered foundation and concealer but the shades seemed to be off even though it’s the same ones I always get.

I love the products but every time I order my order is late or there is delayed tracking, 3 times so far.
