This was my FIRST time shopping on the site, and I found a few things suboptimal about the checkout process. The first one was I couldn’t use my 10% promotional code without the order price changing completely. Apparently shipping is free, but NOT if you use a discount code? Then shipping is $9.99?? I’m highly disappointed that you would offer new customers an incentive to sign up for your newsletter and then not even be able to use it. Second, the fillable field in which to apply this code was difficult to find, and I had to go back and forth between the pages before I discovered it was behind a drop down section. This is either difficult to find by design, or not optimized for mobile. Considering my first comment above, I’m guessing it’s by design. I’ll be unsubscribing from the newsletter since the incentive was unusable.

I love the products, but I went to make a purchase because I had a free eyeshadow for my birthday. I was disappointed that the code for free shipping did not work with the birthday code. It was like I didn't get anything for my birthday at all since it really just took off the shipping cost. Disappointing.

I rated this poor because I made a purchase of over $100. And no where would it allow me to put in my coupon code I have two one for 10% off and one for 15% from the refer a friend promotion you have right now. If I could please get an email back as to why that would be great!

I love colourpop but I haven’t received my package. They are making me wait 5 extra business days. Which will be more then 5 because of the holiday. All I wanted to know if they could resend it or give me a refund. I’m still paying it off.

Discount issue. Biggest issue with the website is that there was absolutely no where to enter my discount. I went out of my way to give my email address to receive the discount and I couldn't even use it. The site directs me to the shipping methods screen to enter any discounts. There were no fields to enter this discount. This is very frustrating

I got the 10% discount code and when I ordered there was no place to use my code. It kept saying to use the discount code at the shipping method. It wasn't there. So much for my discount. 😡
