Its very easy to purchase, except when they have special launches... I was early for the Hocus Pocus collection, both days. The second one was a little heartbreaking and VERY frustrating. The page will keep sending me to the queue after the constant "I'm not a robot" phase. At the end, I did't get any of the products (as many others). Still, my other pruchases are amazing. I love the shadow palettes. The colors areso pretty, and the pigmentation level is amazing. Also, I love the designs. You get what you paid and more. :)

Easy check out. Just took longer than expected but otherwise product arrived in good condition.

Truly an affordable product and will order from them again simply because of that. I ordered the Sailor Moon eye shadow palette. The color pay off is amazing, but there is a lot of fall out from the eye shadows. The lipstick I purchased is a bit streaky and requires very specific application. The color lasts for hours but can be patchy if you are not careful during application.

Everything was fine, I just wish the shipping to Germay/Europe wasn't so complicated... It would be awesome if you could buy Colourpop at Beauty Bay, I mean, they write Colour the British way, at least make it easily available in Britain.

Good customer service, but I didn't receive my items due to theft, I believe, and the package arrived empty. It's a shame, since I was only planning on ordering once since the customs and shipping are so expensive.

I´m still waiting for my package to arrive after more than one month
