I don't know what it is but it takes forever for colourful to ship items. It's like they can't handle their own load. Their customer service is the same way. Takes forever to get a response. I purchased off the website a week ago today and the package has yet to move.

Everything was fine other than the email that mentioned a "leap year" surprise that supposedly came with every order made that day, it was a disappointing scam and it honestly would have been amazing if they did add in something special. So let down by the meaningless false advertisement from the company.

I had two computers going at launch of Sailor Moon and it finally popped up one minute before the hour. I grabbed the bundle threw it in my cart and hit checkout and for 35 minutes it just kept spinning saying please don’t refresh or you will lose your place in cue then was sold out. On the second computer I was able to grab it and singles and throw it in my cart. That one spun for 35 minutes as well and the stuff that was still available stayed in my cart which was only the palette and tw lippies.

It took almost 2 months to receive my package in Canada, only because my first package was lost in the mail but they did send another one, so i am pretty happy about that.
