Liquid lipstick formulas are terrible quality. Somehow streaky and cakey at the same time. They smudge very easily. I'm very disappointed with my purchases.

I have sent the customer service last week a message where my package was (i ordered it on 11/3/19), but have not received a reply yet.

Seems like some of their shipping rates are arbitrary. Make up rules about some pr packages over sized when dimensions are smaller then standard packets they send. Customer service seems poor. Blunt answers not helpful.

Love your products, but don't offer free shipping and not have a spot to enter the promo code. I tried several times and it said to enter the code at the information/shipping screen and there was nothing that came up on either screen to enter a code. So frustrating!

I vowed to never buy from you again after having a nightmare experience with receiving my package and dealing with terrible customer service. I just ran out of one lipstick and I replaced it because I like it but on the past I would buy 30 dollars worth in order to get the free shipping.
