Demoraram mais de duas semanas a enviar e ainda ficaram presas na alfandega, nunca mais. Das 4 que fiz só recebi uma e a embalagem vinha toda estragada

I didn’t even receive my order and I have sent out 4-6 emails in the last 2 weeks only to get ignored over and over again, I hate that I can’t get my products, what I hate even more is your customer service! How can you ask me to rate your products when I didn’t even receive them to begin with! Disgusted.

Extremely slow delivery service. Received my order after more than 1 month. Customer service is incompetent, never replies to emails or dms on instagram

I chose for worldwide shipping but after weeks the package still has not been delivered to me. The track and trace says it has been delivered since june 30th. But that’s not true. I contacted colourpop about this. Their response was simply: contact your post office. I did, but they are not responding. I emailed colourpop again to let them know. They never responded to my email. So think twice before ordering because its hard to get in touch with customer service when you chose for worldwide shipping. I have ordered from them before and never had any issues, but i found out trying to get in touch with customer service is not a pleasant experience. Please colourpop fix this and get me my package..
