Love the Hocus Pocus palette I ordered but the launch was a disaster. I wasted a lunch break trying desperately to refresh over and over to be told HOURS later that the launch would have to be moved to the next day. If you’re experiencing an issue, be upfront and communicate that you won’t be able fix it right away. Waiting hours and blaming others makes Colourpop look incredibly unprofessional.

My order arrived really fast, I loved that, it was really exciting receiving it way before expected. I loved everything I ordered, I just have a tiny comment on the Hocus Pocus eyeshadow pallete. Colours are beautiful, but I didn't like the quality/formula of a couple of them, Full moon, Coven, Come little children and I call it a bus, even though the colours are beautiful, al the glitter falls out when applying, and they end up just like a matte eyeshadow, with a ton of fallout on the face.

I was kinda hesitant to order because of very bad reviews, but I'm happy I did. Everything arrived in very good condition and I'm overall super satisfied. I heard that if you order more than 6 items you have to pay customs so be wary.

Items arrived safe and sound, the products themselves are fantastic.... the prices, so reasonable. The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is how long it takes for orders to actually be fulfilled and mailed. This is the only place I feel improvement can be made ... a week and a half to two weeks to pack and receive an order of one or two pallets from NY to California is a bit ridiculous ... once the package is finally on its way, the shipping time is fine, it’s the fulfillment time that needs improvement. But overall I’m thrilled with Colourpop and will continue to be a loyal customer.
