The products are great but I never get emails for the products that are out of stock despite signing up to get emailed when they come back in. Also Its highly frustrating when I comment and direct-message the instagram account for weeks asking for a specific product to be restocked and it never is. Also, its misleading to keep posting pictures of products that are out of stock because that's how people know whether or not they can buy something. I had to wait around a month just for my palette to get back in stock. And I wasn't the only one requesting it on instagram. Also please reply to the comments on instagram like the other makeup brands so that people know their concerns or questions are actually being heard.

This time things didn't go so well. I ordered the Dream St. palette (next to other items) but one shade was completely missing, like it never has been at its place. No glue leftovers or the like. So I sent an email which was not answered at all, so I sent another email about 10 days later. This time I got a discount code for the price of the palette (15$) which is fair so far. But the problem is that I live in Germany. Either I have to spend at least 50$ to get free shipping or the shipping costs will be almost the entire amount of discount code. That wasn't that lucky..

Products are fantastic, but I pay 18€ for customs duties.. i’m so sorry but i don’t shop again 😢 i’m sad because i love your products, but the total price are excessive

I like it but money is not worth according to quality.. not long lasting. Lipsticks are good but wash off quick

The product is good, but the logistics needs to be improved, speed up delivery and don't lose parts often.

i love the products & how inexpensive they are. but when theres a sale alot of items are not restocked. i don't like how for some reason they need to take items away. my favorite nude lipstick was discontinued. which really hurts. && i ordered alot of stuff recently. like alot & there was items missing from my package.
