My favorite matte liquid lipsticks keep getting discontinued! I loved Kapow, Chi & WYD and now they’re no longer available!

I enjoy the products, but a terrible customer service issue I had in the past leaves a bad impression. The fact that they don't take returns is also weak customer service.

I wish your website was easier to navigate, half the time the products don't load correctly.

Didn't send me the palette I bought. Messaged customer service who tried to give me a voucher for my money, that would expire in a couple of months. I do not spend money for vouchers that would force me to buy again in a short time. I have already overspent on import, customs etc. because of their mistake. Replied saying I was not happy and to send the item or to give me a refund. Was told they were unable to issue a replacement but was offered a refund for what I was missing. I feel sorry for whoever else they don't send what people have bought. No, I will not be buying the item that I wanted as I am not repaying for postage and everything else. I am horribly disappointed, I really wanted one.

Went to shop during the black friday sale, when I added the product it applied the 30% when I checked out it removed the discount. So I ended up paying an additional $23

Very disappointed in false advertising. As soon as I got my email announcing 30% off site wide and advertising Lippie Stix Vault for $69, I immediately went online to purchase the Vault only to find out it was sold out. How was that possible when I only just got the email?

I placed my order at the beginning of November and still have not received the full order. I was missing 4 items initially, asked for them to send the full order and they sent the wrong replacement items. Very disappointed. I like colourpop's product but customer service and shipping are a nightmare.

The colors were nice but the pay off was very underwhelming
