Colourpop is super affordable & for the price you get quality makeup. The only issue I have is that when I’ve checked out and I’m in the process of paying, it will refresh my cart and say things have sold out and no longer available. How are products being taken out of my basket? You’re not the only makeup brand with this issue, but since I’m doing the survey. Might as well voice my opinion. I really wanted the Sailor Moon glitter gels.

Unable to contact customer support either online through their website and never given a customer service number to call. That is just Paramount to good business! I love the products some of them i had problems with a few items and needed some support that's all.

I discovered the company through a Netflix documentary and was intrigued to learn more. So I visited the website and checked out other online reviews and it seemed to be a decent cosmetic company. I looked forward to receiving my purchase knowing it could take awhile, as other customers had commented. When my products arrived the packaging was ok, not bad not great. I thought the eyeshadows I purchased would come already installed in a palate. But each one was individually wrapped, which resulted in a lot of waste. The lipsticks are ok the colors aren't what I thought they would be but that's my fault for buying lipstick online and not trying it on in person first. However the lip primer is awful. I've tried it twice and it actually dries out my lips, making the lipstick look even worse. Everything was such a low price that I'm not upset about my purchase but I will not be purchasing from colourpop again.

I liked the eyeshadows and the highlighter but didn't love the lipsticks. I think there are too many lip products to choose from. I had heard of colourpop's great products but when I was browsing I felt overwhelmed by the different finishes. And the two that I did end up ordering where very drying and difficult to apply. I'd rather have a more limited selection of excellent products than have the excellent products lost among a bunch of mediocre ones.

I've ordered from Colour Pop before and had a very great experience this most recent time was incredibly frustrating. I was email twice, two separate tracking numbers. The first tracking number came in and there was no description of the product at all. Just a generic snapshot of the two things I ordered. Prior to the first packaging getting to me I was sent a second tracking number. It was until the first shipment arrived that I realized it was just part of the product. That processed and shipped in the amount of time outlined in the ordering process. The second package took 3 or 4 days before the tracking became active, after taking 10 days for the tracking to be made, and then it was still almost a week before the product is set to arrive. This was REALLY frustrating. To expect to be getting all your product and getting the cheaper portion of the product I ordered was frustrating. I still haven't received the product I spent a little over $200 on and am starting to get anxious if it will actually arrive.
