Ive ordered three times with Colourpop and each time something has happened with my order. Twice I’ve been shipped improperly packed items that arrived broken and the last time I received someone else order. This time my coupon code didn’t work and the items I had wanted were t included in the sale. It’s a little frustrating to be honest. If this order comes in wrong I’ll probably stop shopping with them

I just placed a fairly large order, which I haven't even received yet. Only to get an email stating a sale with 30% off entire order. I'm disappointed that Colourpop doesn't allow returns or adjust the prices on my order like a lot of companies do. .

I want to cancel my order to reorder again due to my computer accidentaly stepping onto a honey promo code and making the sales from Black Friday nonexistent, but it's apparently impossible?? I think that's utterly unfair.

Your ordering system needs work. I placed one order on Monday Nov 25th got no confirmation. I placed another order the following day Tuesday Nov 26th and instantly gotan order confirmation with an order number. The money is still processing and I will be fair and allow more time for processing but if I see no order in 2 weeks I will do a chargeback.
