I keep contacted them and im getting same answer yet after 1 month im not getting my order and they are not helping

Terrible, they broken, and the power went everywhere. And the color didn’t last long . Not recommend to buy

Since April my stuff are not delivered I’m so angry

It’s been one month and I didn’t get the order Plus I sent an email to ask about it and no answer !!!!

I received my products damaged and open - possibly used? Because of this, I have not used any of the products out of fear of contamination or such. It's been months and I have submitted 4 requests to tell them about this and attempt to resolve it but have not gotten a single reply.

The highlighter won’t even open… this was a gift I’ve emailed your customer service with no response… it’s cheap quality. Very unsatisfied!
