The service was amazing

Love all the mattes and shimmers in my That’s Taupe palette. The glitter shade, not so much. It doesn’t apply easily and flakes everywhere. Otherwise, it’s a lovely cool palette.

The ordering process was seamless and very easy. However the shipping takes a while and my package was rerouted a few times before it actually got to me. That’s more of the fault of the carrier and COVID than Colourpop but it was still a part of my experience. Besides the delay in receiving my product I would highly recommend ordering from Colourpop. The quality and value are unmatched in my opinion

Would have given 5 stars but on one of the eyeshadow palettes a pan fell out and broke. It was barely tipped and it popped right out.

I love the colourpop eyeshadow color stories and for the most part, the formulation. The only formula that I can do without is pressed glitters. Who uses those? I am sure there is someone who is a fan, but I never use them so they're a waste of space for me.

The Supershock shadows were crumbly when received. A couple of the gel eyeliners had broken ends. Everything else was overall fine. The All That eyeshadow palette had the colours I wanted and worked very well for the price.

I love the products, no complaints there. But I do find it takes a while for it to arrive.
