Lovely eyeshadows but...
Lovely eyeshadows. But their cancellation policy is terrible. I needed to make an amendment to my order while it was in the pending stages and they wouldnt let me.

From all the reviews I’ve seen is that colourpop was amazing along with their products. I admit their products are really good, especially with their prices. But I bought a palette I needed for an event and a week before it happened, they sent me the wrong palette and took forever for someone to email me back about it. Customer service isn't great and how does someone mix up a blue/nude palette for a green one ???? I ordered the Mars palette and got the Just my Luck palette 🤮🤮 I won’t be buying from this brand for a while..
