Customer service was not that good products were better. Didn’t get my package at the expected time and those I spoke to avoided me.

Didn’t get first time order discount or birthday gift , it said the code didn’t work.

I tried several times to order a build your own bn palette and it wouldn't add to the bag but I could add each shadow and the palette box individually. Disappointing!

i am missing shadows from my order and have emailed them so many times and have heard nothing back

With Black Friday being here, I was super stoked to buy the “build your own palette” and well, I was super let down and annoyed. After taking time to choose my colors for the 24 eyeshadows, I pressed complete and it stated “adding to your cart” but it never did! I waited for minutes, re-did the process on my computer and still same problem. I really wanted to make one but it would never add to my cart. I eventually gave up and had to search around for palettes similar to my choices and ultimately paid around the same for more quantity of shadows but of a “random” choice.

First time making a purchase here on the website. I received a 10% off my first purchase but wasnt able to use the code for the item i was purchasing.

I don't receive my package even 15 days.

Although I love colourpop products, customer service is definitely lacking.
