I purchased three products, and all three products we thrown in the trash. Absolutely terrible quality. They also have a no exchange no refund policy that they do not tell you about at any time during the purchase process. I’ve reached out to their customer service and never received a response. I will never use this brand again.

Purchase over 2 months ago and still not receive my order!

Hello ColorPop Team, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share a review. Though your prices are pretty reasonable, the products are not that good. I’m a bit disappointed. A couple of years ago, my cousin ordered a few items from you, matte lipsticks included and that’s how I fell in love with your products. Now, I decided to also give you a try and my experience was different. You’ve been out of most matte lipstick for quite some time now and that’s not good. The quality hasn’t been the same and you’ve got to work on that please. For example, the compact powder that I ordered wasn’t it and so I urge you to do something. Have a diverse team to help you better your products; especially if black women are also included among the population you want to serve. Contact me if you’ve got more questions. Thank you!

Deuxième mauvaise expérience avec eux... je viens de recevoir un kit de liner qui sont dans un état lamentable, les crayons sont casses, il y a des morceaux de mousse sur le dessus. Leur seul dedommagement un bon de 5$ que vous n'utiliserez pas. Je vous déconseille ce site qui vendent des produits défectueux et qui sont bon à être jeté 24$ dans les fasses... j'espère qu'ils trouveront une solution sinon j'ouvre un litige

Horrible shipping without any updates.

First of all, the customer service is very slow and doesn’t always reply back. Secondly, I ordered for the first time and my package already got lost before it even arrived. Sadly, the custom fees which I payed were also very expensive. I will never order back from here unfortunately until they get better customer service and do something about custom fees.

hace ya bastante tiempo ise un pedido con ustedes y llego incompleto vengo hago el reclamo y me van a mandar el resto del pedido pero al revisarlo aun me siguen faltando artículos y de nuevo no esta completo

I received a palette that I purchased that had scratches in some eyeshadows, repressed, and the metallic eyeshadow looked dry. When I expressed these concerns but couldn't pick up the scratches in photos or swatch any of the shadows because they were dry, they claimed they resolved my issue. Don't do it to yourself.
