I wanted to build my own palette however every time I did it on my computer it would not add my final pallette to my bag and then would delete the whole thing so I would have to start again! In the end I had to complete it on my phone and I couldn't see them all so lets hope all the colours are okay because it is for my mum for Christmas. Also somehow it added an Australia fee even though when I was paying for it it had no indication of being more expensive. It only changed after I clicked the button to finalise after putting my card details in.... annoying.

Need a better experience when using colourpop on mobile!

They cancelled my order without any explanation. So I doubt I would be buying from this store again.

2 of my eyeshadows were visibly dried and broken. This did not happen in transit as they are a cream formula. I felt I was the victim of offloading bad stock, or if giving the benefit of the doubt, very poor quality control. Remainder of the order fine as all others have previously been.
