Huge mix up in shipping Products a little hard to work with at times.

The eyeshadows weren't full so it wasn't worth buying.

I purchased 3 orders $100 or more each. The last two orders I placed I was told oops we have too many orders to ship your things on time so please be patient and wait so I waited and I waited. Then I eventually got my last order but I didn't get everything in my order. I had purchased the duo face cream and eye cream and only got the face cream for $25. so I contacted colour-pop and they said they would get the eye cream right up to me but now because of coronavirus they can't work and I probably won't get the eye cream. Of course I want everybody to be safe and not catch this horrible virus but where's my eye cream you were shipping right out to me. Or will I ever see it now.

It causes a lot of fall out, the colors aren’t that pigmented, it doesn’t pick up on the brushes as well; it takes a lot of layers to get the desired color effect. Visually in the palette the colors look amazing but it just didn’t translate as well on the eyes when applied.

Shipping to Canada was expensive and it also took a long time to come in.

The make up and everything is great! However when I got my first order I was missing my brushes. I contacted customer service and they gave me a coupon. Then they charged me shipping on my second order, that I was just replacing the brushes in the first order 😬 when I told them they said there’s nothing they can do.

Love the colors except they keep popping out of the pallet.

The items ordered (eyeshadows, lipsticks & hyaluronic acid) worked well & had very pretty colors. It was very good quality, especially for the price. However, the shipping and delivery of my ordered items took over three weeks. When reaching out to find out the reason for the delay, I would get standard, vague answers that felt like I'll get it, when i get it. Very disappointing to wait so long, when i received 2 orders from other companies in a matter of days (cause the efficiently fulfilled my order).
