Site glitches, kept changing price of product with shipping and tax

Really hard to add anything to bag and took ages to check out

I have problems with my shipping ! It's gonna be two weeks and I still don't know what day it's gonna be delivered or where it is.

The products look really good and all but the website is so hard to navigate. I search for something and it tells me there's 45 or so results but only 20ish are visible and there's no next page option?? what???

I ordered an eyeshadow palette on 9 Nov and it still hasn’t arrived on 30 Nov. If a minimum of 3 weeks is normal for international delivery than at least make it clear to customers so they know what to expect. It’s really frustrating being excited to buy something and try out your brand and then having the experience ruined by having to wait so long unexpectedly

I feel very upset that the first order I had on Colourpop got canceled. The address is right but the email told me it’s wrong. Most of the palettes we had ordered were out of stock. That’s so weird. Since we already paid for it, why cannot the order be held even the address was wrong so that we can get it correct????

This was my first order, so I signed up for an email giving me 10% off my first purchase. But when I entered the code, it said the discount code was invalid on the items I'd ordered! I haven't even tried the products yet, but this was a false lure, & I'm not happy with these tactics!
