Didn't receive my order

my order has not arrived for two months

My order was sent back because my apartment number was missing and I reached out, never heard back. This company has no way of reaching a customer service representative. I was really looking forward to your products.

I've emailed customer service about my order twice now and both emails have gone completely ignored. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered from Mexico. My package could never be Tracked and the limit time had passed so i asked for a refund, even so they decided to send me another package and give a cupon for the items that weren't available anymore. Why would i want to be send another package if theres no way to be tracked? They just told me that they reserve the right to make refunds but this unfair i just wasted my money trying to buy from them :(

I send the e-mail to ask for the shipment of my order, but I haven't receive the replyment even though i've received the order though 3 weeks! No mention to all the palettes I received have been flaw.

This is my first and Last time to purchase from this store, everything too bad. First the shipment take 1 month to deliver. second the “free shipping” offer is a lie .I had to pay extra 7$ dollars to receive my shipment. And god knows if the makeup broken or still ok.

terrible delivery service For over a month now I have been asking to track my shipment they either tell me to wait for it to arrive or wait for it to be sent to them so I can get refunded absolutely unsatisfied with the service
