I didnt receive my refund for almost 2 weeks

I really like The products but The tax is way to high !

Shipping time was as expected. My eyeshadow palette was good for the price! The lip liner is dry and ashy toned. The lip glosses are thick and gloopy.

Comparable to low end drug store makeup

The products themselves are amazing, although customer service is quite slow. Every time I’ve ordered, something always gets messed up. For example, receiving someone else’s package or forgetting one product that I’ve already ordered amongst others. This means I have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for the fixed order to arrive since I’m a international customer.

Item was shipped later than expected. Took about 3 weeks to deliver. I ordered an eyeshadow palette and the metallic colors will not stick for application.

Not thrilled with the pallets I purchased. Some of the colors have already began to crumble from the pan and the colors are not as smooth to apply. A lot of blending is needed. As far as colorpop they shipped promptly and their prices are reasonable.
