I had a defective item which customer service told me they were replacing. I knew it may take a while to receive but, it’s been a few weeks and I never received a single update or the replacement product. Very disappointing. I love your products and your brands but, this has made me not want to order online if I can’t even receive good customer service if I have an issue.

I can't rate my recent order, because I have not received it yet! The package is sitting between usps and russian post for TWO WEEKS already (without 5 days it was in USA), and all my previous orders came to me so much faster (and I have no problems with customs). I am afraid, that I will not receive it at all, and the sale is over, and many of the products that I ordered are out of stock now. I am very sad because this order was a birthday gift for me:(
