Hasta hoy aun no recibo mi pedido y ya paso mas de un mes.

I bought it. It took several weeks to get to me. I didn't realize it would be taking that long.

I have reached out through the contact us page twice with no response to my faulty product. I had a blush delivered and is completely shattered. I have sent photos as prompted and still nothing... this was about 2 weeks ago. Would appreciate a response. Thanks

I am very disappointed in this purchase. Terrible fallout and colors don’t make sense. When you dip your brush in its a pile of powder and then its all over and a terrible product waste. Way too many glitters as well. Really bummed it was unreturnable and I ordered direct from colourpop site. No returns???

I bought a bunch of palettes and one of them wasn’t in there. So I emailed and called the company and no one has called me back sent me the palette of refunded me. I will never buy from colourpop again

I never received my order and colour pop never responded. I am still trying to figure out how to get my order or get my refund.

The product is nice but the shipping took forever
