The delivery person did not buzz up to my apartment or come to my door to deliver my item. However, this is completely understandable as maybe I was not home during that time (even though I was so, I am not sure what exactly happened with that). Nonetheless, the delivery person did not even write a slip with the dates indicating that they tried to reach me or where to go to retrieve my package. Along with this, not giving the tracking number conversion to UPS tracking which unfortunately took more time to find online, THEN proceeding to find the new pick-up location, then going to pick it up. Honestly, I would not have even known that there was an attempt to deliver my item to my door or that it was ready to be picked up from the new pick-up location had I not checked my tracking number online (which I did 3 days after the item was marked "delivered"). Regardless of this horrible delivery experience, my item was nicely packed and was not damaged in any way, shape or form. Love the pigments of my palette and is very good in terms of price value.

While the products have a really good quality, 3/5 times the don't send you the products and you have to pay again for the shipping.

Look I'm gonna be honest, by far my favourite brand. But this time I ordered was very frustrating. I had to chase down the package. It was pending for 3 weeks. While orders made within 2 days were already sent out. I get the idea that there were alot of orders blah blah.. but when you place almost a 200 dollar order, and have to fight to even talk to an actual person instead of an automatic message, it runs the entire experience. I waited for over a month to receive the package. Which slot of the makeup I ordered was a gift for a terminally ill cancer patient for her wedding. Was very heartbreaking. I love colourpop, irs pretty much all I own, but this was an awful experience to deal with.

Didn't really help me out

Colors look different than online. I spent a lot of money on my personalized pallet and the colors are not the same as they looked onlne. I was dissappointed on how the colors looked on. Maybe I did a bad job choosing colors but was so excited to get my pallet and I seriously only use about 4 colors out of 24 so for me was not worth what I paid.

I love ColorPop, the makeup is five star, but....the wait time for shipping is terrible. In the age of amazon you need to do better than this. I order online because the stores don’t always have what I’m looking for. Fix this piece of it, and I’ll give you 10 stars.
