I have just placed an order. I placed an order before and it was lost in transit, but your customer service team was extremely unhelpful about it. I had to go through a huge series of steps before I qualified for a replacement, and then my replacement wasn't even delivered. There is no trust in the customer here, and I am yet to receive any tracking information for this order, so I am highly skeptical. This will more than likely be the last time I order from colourpop. I am very frustrated to have lost so much money to this company with no help or remorse from their side.

The products kept on being sold out literally as I was trying to complete payment when I had put them in my cart 2 minutes before. It took me 3 attempts to manage to complete my order. Also, the "notify me when the product is back in stock" function doesn't work. Very disappointing!

You need to make an AU version of your website and put the products in AUD. As a company with global outreach it seems like a no brainer to do this, it'd increase the shopping experience and not make it a shock when it comes to paying.

I can't cancel my order and I fear that when it arrives the eyeshadow might be broke and can't be returned. This item is a gift for a friend.

From an international buyer's point of view, I tried to contact customer services I couldn't get a response or it was so late answered, seven hours to be precise.

It said I’d get 10% off if I signed up with email. But then it was invalid. #scam

First time making an online order and I singed up for the email promo code and when it was time to enter it, it didn’t work!

I’m upset because this was my first time ordering colorpop and I was under the impression I was ordering with a sale. I checkout and everything is good. The order goes through and I find out I was charged full price.
