I had a damaged product. I didn't know coupon codes didn't work during promotional periods because it was written so small that you couldn't notice it 😔 Colourpop discontinues product too soon There should a segment where we could still buy the low selling products as there are customers who still like the product!

Love the products!! But shipping time is a big deal for me & every time i order ( big or small order ) it takes like 3 weeks to get here.

I bought from you 3 times until now, 2 of them were missing over 3 items and one item was i think expired. I’m afraid to order Again and this will happen to me .

My box was broken and half open all the products were fine though

One of my eye shadows didn’t ship with my order and I had doubles that I didn’t order. Overall I love colourpop.

The products are amazing. It was the customer service I wasn't happy with. I had a discount code from my birthday that didn't work and they wouldn't help be or credit me nothing, I just think that there no way that they couldn't have done something. But again the products I brought and awesome I love it.
