website is glitchy and difficult to use. also does not tell you when your order will be delivered by, which makes it difficult to buy anything around the holidays.

I haven’t received my order yet and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise my email address so I can’t track it?? Can’t someone PLEASE get in touch???

I ordered 4 of the same eyeshadow palettes for Christmas gifts, and received a box with two of them. The invoice confirmed there should have been 4. I emailed Colourpop’s customer service team and was responded to promptly, with the request to send a photo of the items and invoice, which I did. I then received a response from another staff member who offered me a coupon code to allow me to reorder the missing products at no additional charge, however the coupon would not cover the cost of shipping. In my initial order, shipping was free because my order exceeded the minimum cost for free shipping. I requested that shipping be covered this time as well, or for Colourpop to simply send me the two missing items, but I was told instead that this was not possible, and was offered a refund for the products instead. I did order two more palettes (not the same ones, since the ones I initially ordered were sold out), but am out of pocket for the shipping. Granted, the cost of shipping is not tremendous, however I’m frustrated that I had to pay out of pocket when the fault was not my own.

Purchased as Christmas gift for granddaughter on cyber Monday. No discount and shipping was more than product ($5.60 product,$5.99 shipping). Granddaughter really wanted White Liquid Eyeliner Pen so purchased anyway.

It was useless to contact the support team as they did absolutely nothing.

Recipe said my total including shipping was $50.98 my bank account said $75.33. I mean the make up looks really great and do want to test it out but not impressed with being over charged.

I liked 2 of 3 products, and found out too late that you can't return or exchange anything. Found out the hard way and wasted my money.

The way the palette looks on the outside in real life is not like what it looks like in the photos advertised.
