Terrible customer service and they do not refund at all and send out fake replacements to show that they attempted to rectify the issue but I showed them that our mailboxes are fully automated and we get codes to punch in and take out our packages and I have records to show they never delivered and now they stole my money essentially.

I placed my order on June 17th. After getting an e-mail about how there might be shipping delays because of high order volume caused by recent „exciting launches“ the wait began. After over a month I emailed their customer service since my package had been sent back to the USA after being confiscated by german customs. They sent out a replacement. Said replacement was sent out on July 28th. It is now August 23rd and I still haven‘t received the order. The tracking link I was sent stated that tracking currently doesn‘t work due to logistical errors, even though tracking works fine on another order I had placed with a different business. I can‘t speak on the quality of the products, obviously, but I do not recommend shopping with Colourpop, at least if you live in Europe.

I cannot review the product because it never arrived! I looked up the tracking information and it said that the delivery was canceled. I don’t know why. I have emailed Colourpop 4 times and have not received a response. I paid $114 for a makeup set for my daughter for her birthday, but the makeup never arrived. At this point I just want my money refunded.
