Incredibly disappointed and appalled by colourpops ignorance to the demand in sailor moon products and at which the speed they sold out and removed from my cart. A restock has been promised but has yet to be seen. The product that went to Ulta was put out earlier than the date advertised and once again sold out

Makeup is good and the cost is great. The problem is the shipping. It took almost 3 weeks to receive, by then, I was no longer excited to try. The website could be improved as well. Overall, makeup is fine, if you don’t mind the wait. Again, website needs some love. Thank you.

I purchased the sailor moon merchandise and this was the most stressful purchase I have every made. The launch was overwhelming and unfortunately it made lots of people upset at the way it was handled on the website. I had things in my cart ready to check out but a glitch with PayPal completely ruined my day. It wasn’t on PayPal’s end either. I ended up with two of the five things I wanted. The content was beautiful and the pallet I got was okay. It’s not the nicest thing I’ve gotten from colourpop. I rate 3 stars because of the not so smooth launch and the lack of priority that costumers receive when putting their stuff in carts. This needs to be fixed by giving a five minute timer to checkout instead of snatching the items away from one cart and giving it to another person.

Honestly I bought it called “whatever “, however I found colours have some differences with the picture from the official web. maybe you could make a makeup video to introduce your products significantly:) Thank you so much Best regards Take care in the covid situation.

Beautiful colorful pallet, when it came one if the shadows was smashed. Now that color has fallout on the other which is kind of a bummer as I love Sailor Moon and just had to have it even though I was broke at the time lol

I wouldn't say these products are very good, I didn't notice any sort of difference with the exception that it actually made me break out a lot more. The coconut milk, rainfall, and raydiate, did nothing as they advertised. My pores and skin are exactly the same, except these products actually caused my skin to dry out horribly and break out as a result. I also ordered the strawberry milk which was the only product that did not damage my skin in any way and smelled nice but again, no difference. It does dry nongreasy which is a plus. I would say these products are average, and since they aren't super expensive it wasn't a huge waste, but I would recommend buying some other product instead.

I bought two different colours of mascara and they didn't show on me. My eyelashes are pretty light and I couldn't notice the colors.. the colors where a red and a purple. I also didn't like how the brushes where almost dry, like I had problems getting the mascara on.
