The palettes were packaged well and very pretty, but they are not very pigmented. Some palettes were a little hard to open. Shipping didn’t take too long.

The colors are vibrant in the palette but the color does not remain vibrant on my eyes throughout the day. They also have a tendency of crumbling on the palette if tipped over. I would not purchase any of your other palettes until these issues are addressed.

The packaging is super cute. The item is a gift so I can not attest to the quality of the product.

I love their products, wish they have them in the stores because the colors do not look the same in person sometimes. A lot of the products that sold out don’t get replenished fast enough. And my orders always take more than a week to receive in the mail. Nevertheless I still buy them because of the quality.

The service was good, but it took too long until the order arrived

Many of the items that Colourpop turns out are great. I feel recently that they are turning out too many releases. I cant enjoy what I have before feeling bombarded with newness. And recently the quality of some of the pressed eyeshadows are not what they use to be. Take it easy colourpop.

Fast paying via PayPal & it took around 3 weeks to get to Germany. That’s totally fine for me! International shipping is free at 60$, which I think is a bit much. Luckily I could give the taxes to the postman at my door. I expected that I had to go to their office to pay & pick the parcel up.
