I still haven’t received my package, nor a response from CP or DHL. Super disappointed in colourpop, i was really looking forward for my package.

I ordered my products a month ago, and I haven't received them. The worst shipping service in the world, sometimes I think I didn't buy in a USA company but Aliexpress in China - on the other side of the planet! I definitely won't buy anything here ever! Since the 23rd of July-2021, I'm waiting. Since the 19th of August-2021, the box is in Colombia but hasn't arrived in my city. The worst shipping service ever!.

I made the request on 15-7 it's been over a month and i still haven't received my order

It has been a month since I emailed colourpop regarding my package and I have yet to receive any response from the company. And my package has not yet arrive

I ordered a makeup pallet for a friend. Colorpop uses a third party shipping (USPS) who lost the order and said they wouldn’t replace. I reached out to colorpop three times to see if there’s anything they can do. Finally, after my third email they said they refuse to replace or do anything since it was through their shipping company. No apology either. Will not be ordering from them again

Got the wrong items contacted customer service never heard back

I ordered the same box every time and immediately my order was cancelled. (13 times actually) I talked to multiple people in customer service and nobody was able to help me and was never able to order what I wanted.

It has been over a month and I have not received my products
