I highly dislike the fact that there is no direct customer service line in order to have better contact. And while I LOVE the high quality, wonderfully unique products and great prices, I am contemplating refraining doing business with Colourpop due to recently learning that they support certain organizations that I do not agree with. I have a heart of love for every single person, however my convictions are quite different from the company's.

As a buyer of ColourPop products, I have found their range of cosmetics to be extensive and their prices budget-friendly. The quality of their products, especially their eyeshadows and lip products, is generally good. However, I have experienced some inconsistencies in product performance, such as eyeshadows that require more effort to build up pigmentation and lip products that can be drying on the lips.

I used to order from colourpop all the time but the past few years they've gone downhill. My order took a long time for them to finally ship it. The shipping used to be a lot faster. The customer service and care by them is practically not there. They used to care about customers but now they only care about the money. Prices have gone up but quality has gone down. I buy eyebrow pencils from them and they always are crumbly or broken. Definitely not how they used to be, I don't know how often I'd purchase from them again.

I ordered 3 different shades of the same lip product. The color saturation of your lip products is wonderful. But the product quality from color to color is drastically different; 2 of the 3 I got are wonderful, and 1 is much drier, very difficult to apply, and is stodgy. Although I will finish the 2 that work well, I'm not sure I'll order again, and I've already ordered a product from another company to replace the 3rd.

Not restock their most popular glitter shadows. Palettes to be more specific. They come out with new product which is great but consumers have long complained about glitter palettes being in short or no supply and they refuse to listen or don’t care. That’s why I’ve not been purchasing big items from them the last few years. They lost their fan base. They lost their touch. You ignore the customers, they walk away.

I thought the products I was getting were going to be bigger but I think that is my fault not ready what the actual size is. I bought the air bender Kora metallic eye shadows I feel that the price was little more what I got.
