Shipping took so long that I actually received TWO orders from a company in China before this one was delivered. One of those orders was placed the same day as the Colourpop and the other two days after. When I emailed the company they were glib about the delay and blamed the shipper but it took over 7 days for the shipper to even show that they had possession of the package. The lipgloss was melted and the color not at all as shown. It was shown as a sheer pink and was HOT pink. The other products were fairly abismal as well and all but one ended up in the trash.

7 weeks since i ordered yet i still have to receive it 🥲

I’ve ordered from Colorpop a few times, and in the time it takes me to get a shipping confirmation they’ve come out with like 3-4 new products to market at me in my emails. It’s really annoying and honestly not a good look from a consumer perspective. I’ve seen many other Colorpop buyers express similar sentiments in various social media areas (my age group does everything via word of mouth) calling the company “greedy” and “lacking in their original vision” and how they buy from other smaller companies now. Quite frankly, I quite agree based on how little they seem to care about the time it takes between processing my order and releasing even more products that look exactly the same as others in their lineup. They’re getting 2 stars simply because the formula is decent although I’ve had some fallout all over my eyeshadow palette upon arrival and hardpan super shock blush.

The quality of the products, generally, is average. The real reason I will not be buying from you anymore is that you do not accept returns. I am aware of the "why" (Colourpop has stated it's because of the low cost of the products), and I think that's BS. Affordable and low-cost are relative to each person's financial situation. If something arrives in the mail, and it's not what I expected, I should be able to return it if it's unused. Now I'm just stuck with items I won't use, and I'm out the money. Ordering from you is not a risk I'm willing to take anymore.

My issue with Colourpop is when you buy products on sale, that is the current value of the product. An invoice is the exact amount you paid NOT the original value of the product. I don’t know what that is but it is NOT an invoice. Customs just want the amount paid. Getting fed up of having to send the actual invoice to customs every time. And the order I just placed was put into 2 separate packages (would have fitted into one) so I’ve been charged double import tax & delivery charges through my local post office. Thanks Colourpop

Shipping is terrible. I ordered something to have for my birthday well before it, and once the tracking updated days later it had a 10 day wait estimate. That package disappeared in the mail, and I had to wait til the 10 days had passed to dispute it. Once customer service sent another, they used the exact same shipping. Shipping for domestic orders is listed at 4 to 5 business days. Mine was a 10 day estimate both times. My order that I placed on May 26th didnt end up arriving until June 22nd, and the long transit time made all the lipsticks and gel eyeliner melt into the lid. The product itself is fine but I wont ever order again. Shipping is unreliable garbage and thats way too long for meltable products to linger in the mail system. I could have driven to a store in california and back faster than the shipping.

I’m still waiting on the $5 off coupon that you promised if I write a review. Still haven’t received it.

Not much color saturation. The only good thing is it does not crease after a days wear.
