The first time I didn’t receive my order, I need it for a Christmas present and it’s January 6th and I still haven’t received anything, So your delivery it is REALLY BAD. However your customer service did reply fast, I lost two products due sold out, the ones that ordered. Thanks to your team they will sent it again, but the experience was not good and I’m still waiting for my order. This left me with a bad experience but with you and I don’t know If I’ll do it again or recommend it.

They failed to send the whole order. Resent without my consent . It did not get here in time for my daughters birthday. They offered very little sympathy an acceptable support

I never received my order. The courier company labelled it as lost in transit. I have contacted Colourpop 2 times, and a third of you include my reply to a response to my first contact. I have no product, no help, no money back. I have ordered multiple times and never had an issue but this unfortunately makes me very hesitant to ever order again.

I’m still waiting for my order it said it would take 5-7 business days I did order it in advance before Christmas not sure if I may have type the address wrong but haven’t received no update
