I loved everything

It used to be 5 but theres so much stuff you dont carry anymore; been waiting for almost 2 yrs for Waterdrop eyecream , you dont make the Sol body wash anymore! I have been loyal to your brand for 10 years maybe longer, but its all about disney and lipgloss.

It was sent quickly and packaged well. However one of the items was broken and there wasn't a clear way to let them know. I tried to message them but never heard back, so I must have done it wrong.

The prices are good. The order took quite a while to arrive, though.

The pros are great color selection, and great price. Most of the lip pencils are creamy and good quality. It depends on the color though, “five stars” is a liner name that is very drying and I don’t know why. The shipping for the products does take a bit too long Other than that I really do enjoy the entire line except for the collaborations with the cartoons. They don’t interest me.

Secure wrapping keeping the items from being damaged and or broken. Also the colors are always soft/smooth to touch while still having strong colors.

Most of the products look stunning and are made with nice quality. The reason for 4/5 stars is because I had one missing item (which ColourPop refunded) and because the “left on red” mascara was not as bright red as I imagined (my eyelashes are black though).
