i'm disappointed, i heard reviews on how these lippies were smudgeproof but none of mine were

I did not receive the order. I got the refund for it however the girlfriend was left without the long awaited birthday present

I was not aware of their absolutely no return policy. Their lip product gave me an allergic reaction. When I wrote the company to find out how I could do an exchange or return, they told me “ We're so sorry for the issue! If you have allergies or are sensitive to some cosmetic ingredients, we recommend only purchasing one item at a time to test for any type of reaction before purchasing multiple items. We also recommend checking the ingredient listing of each item on our site to be sure you are not allergic to any listed ingredients. Unfortunately, we have a strict no return, refund or exchange policy. Our return policy is available on our FAQ here…” I’ve never had a reaction before and only purchased 1 item from them. Unfortunately, it was one of their packs. So just be aware that they absolutely have a no return/exchange policy.

horrible customer service. they dont take retoures and one of my shadows came totally busted and i did never get an answer from colourpop, even after many messages!

makeup was poorly package, makeup came broken. eyeshadow did not look like product picture.

The customer service response time is way to long in my opinion, and their answers are often unhelpful. Their products are also not as good as they could or should be. Like why are their pallets not plastic free yet?

I placed my order on 1/18/25 and paid for shipping within 7 business days so my wife would have this for her birthday. Unfortunately, the items were not even shipped until the day they were supposed to be delivered

The package got delivered ripped and stained and the products themselves were dusty
