Absolutely love my items that I ordered from Colourpop! As an Australian customer I was skeptical of purchasing from the US but was really excited to try some products that beauty influencers had mentioned. In all honesty the international ordering process could not have been any smoother! And the shipping and import fees were very reasonable and fair. The only part of my order that wasn't 10/10 was the shipping as it took 6 weeks to get here.... but this would have been the Australian postal service, and not so much Colourpops international shipping. Would recommend colourpop to anyone who wants cute, good quality makeup but is willing to wait a few months for arrival if International :)

Quick service. All content arrived in good condition. Great colours and easy to use.

I love colour pop makeup especially the eye color pallets. Wish shipping was a little faster.

Overall I've had good experiences with ordering from CP Nothing was ever broken

The only thing I wish was different is that when there are sales the amount you need to spend for free shipping would go down.

I think Colourpop is great with customer service when ordering online. I recently purchased and one of my eyeshadow palette came broken and I was really upset. But, lucky when I told them the situation they were understanding and sent me a new one for free ASAP.

Pretty makeup but it always comes a little broken

The product is perfect. The only thing is that the shipping took forever. I know it's out of their control but I paid quite a lot of money for the shipping therefore I expect it to be here sooner than this.
