I ordered the Salir moon collection and I didn’t receive everything I ordered from it.. I’m still trying to receive the missing item!! But you guys haven’t gotten back to me

My order took weeks and I got the wrong items.. and no one responded when I asked about the error. Very disappointed.

Packaging was super cute and unique. Some eyeshadows didnt seem to be pressed correctly. Some were cracked and crumbly.

I was excited to receive the Sailor Moon collection however the packaging arrived looking like they had been tampered with. The boxes had pen marks on them and the glitters looked as though they had been opened since the outside of the jars were sticky. There were also small clumps of dust in one of the blush boxes. The products themselves were beautiful hence the 3 stars, but I was disappointed when I received the packaging.

I made an order on the sailor moon launch and I bought the two lip sets and a blush. The lip sets came but there was no blush I was very disappointed that I thought I bough what I wanted but when it arrived it was missing an item, I hope you can fix this problem so when it’s another launch like this people don’t get false hopes that it got everything they wanted. Besides that I got my money back when I sent the message to customers service.

Sailor moon palette came in time but it was a bit smudged. Everything else was great. Low price and good quality.

I ordered two of the sailor moon eyeshadow palettes. The palettes were very pretty, however both came with broken pans. I had reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service I received.
