Some of the products I ordered were missing in both the purchases I made recently.

The products were great, but it took a line time to get them. I ordered them before the cover-19 situation.

I loved all of the products I had received from Colourpop BUT there is one issue I had. The delivery and contact support system were pretty bad! I waited almost 3-4 weeks for my package and when I had sent an email in regards to my order and it took 4 emails to finally get my package past ‘processing’. I was happy they sent a lipstick (in a very beautiful shade) as a sorry but it was an ok experience overall.

The color payoff in all the palettes were gorgeous, however, in every single palette, one of the shades broke in transit. Sad because in some of the palettes, they were the prettiest shades in there. :(

I’m in LOVE with my products! The quality Is amazing and the packaging is on point but the buying experience was awful. I tried to check out and every time I’d try to checkout things would be sold out and removed from my cart. Now I have purchased from other companies during big launches before and ColourPop dropped the ball. For clarification this was during the Sailor Moon x ColourPop launch. It took me 50 minutes after the items were up to get to the checkout page and I only was able to purchase 3 of the 5 products I wanted. They knew this was going to be a huge launch and they knew they were going to get a large amount of traffic through their site, there was time for them to figure out how to make everything as seamless as possible before release. Would I buy from them again yes. I love their makeup and the quality is definitely there.

The eyeshadows a re creamy and rich in color, the blush what perfect and the lip pencils are the perfect shade.

Orders are processed relatively quickly and website is easy to use. However, customer service is poor. The person on the other end doesn’t seem to respond to the key questions and sends blanket responses.

nice products. i love them. i understand the current shipping situation, but hope they at least check the inquiry from customer. broken items were sent, hope they can reply to it sooner.
