its been more than 27 working days and I haven’t Received my order!!! 36 days later its here but the sol dry oil has a broken pumper so I can’t carry It around without getting it all over my stuff!!

My package was suppose to be here 6 days ago and the tracking system cannot tell me where it is and I cannot report till after 10 days. I’m quite upset to say the least. Why have tracking?

The products might be good but I've spent over $600 and 3 orders the past 6 months and everytime I have items missing ! The "customer care team" is a joke ! Don't order from them and expect to get everything you paid for !

Not good to Long to come in the mail

I ordered from colourpop over a month ago and my order still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried emailing customer service SEVERAL times about my order and haven’t received a response, yet I get emails about sales and promotions for new products. I’m so highly disappointed with the customer service and colourpop in general. I love the products, but at this point it isn’t even worth it. I will never shop on the website again. I’ve shopped at several major makeup companies recently and never had a wait time this long for my products. Colourpop keeps launching new stuff but can’t fulfill orders they already have it makes no sense. If they can’t keep up with their orders why do they keep coming out with new stuff? I’m not the only customer who’s had issues either. I’ve come across so many people on social media going through the same issues and when you comment on their posts, they just delete the negative comments instead of trying to address the issues… I’ve never seen such unprofessional business practices in my life, and they don’t even offer refunds. Unheard of… if I could give zero stars I WOULD.

During checkout, I was offered a free mascara, but then I was charged for it. I've sent two messages to the company, but Ive gotten zero response.

Delivery time took longer than a month. Email them but no one replied. Worst customer services. No contact number so that they could avoid direct contact with customers.
