The order and shipping speed were sufficient however the eyeshadow lacked in pigment. In the palette it looks as though there is a lot of color, but on the eyelid it barely shows. I have very pale white skin so 90% of eyeshadow will show. This took multiple applications, barely stood out, and faded quickly. I loved the idea of creating my own palette and how the shadows were individual and magnetic, if only the shadow itself wasn't so cheap.

Love the quality of certain eyeshadows and lip products. Other products were meh. Customer service was awful, and shipping times were unreasonable. Would not recommend unless it's a product you have to have and are willing to wait more than a month for.

I would have given the palette I bought a 5/5 but one of the colors were so soft that it completely just came out and I had to try and save it in a little baggy. :(

The greatest thing about colourpop is that it’s very affordable, however, I haven’t had the greatest experience with delivery or customer service. They very rarely offer to assist if a product is not up to par. Several times I’ve received products that were 1/2 to 3/4 full and was told by customer service this was “normal.” I get that products aren’t filled to the brim, but I also know what “normal” fill lines look like and when I’m receiving less product than what was advertised.

the lips shades are horrible, the color doesn't coat my lips evenly. The eyeshadows are ok but nothing original. Honestly the Japanese packaging is better and I'd be willing to shell out more money for a transformation brooch that is also a lip shade or blush. The only pro for me is this collection was affordable.

ENGLISCH REVIEW AT THE BOTTOM . . Habe die Palette nach Deutschland bestellt, Gesamtwert circa 35 Euro. Es hat ewig gedauert bis die Palette losgeschickt wurde und anschließend landete sie beim Zollamt, wo ich sie gegen eine Gebühr abholen konnte. 10 Euro Versand plus Zollgebühren, finde ich ehrlich gesagt echt frech. Die Qualität der Lidschatten ist allerdings echt gut, abgesehen von Gelb und Türkis, die sind relativ schwach aber die pressed Glitter eyeshadows sind der Hammer! Nochmal werde ich dort allerdings nicht bestellen. . . I bought the DIY Palette, it was shipped to Germany which took a very long time. Even when it finally arrived in Germany I had to pay an extra fee to finally get it. So I paid 10 Euros for shipping and an extra fee on top of a 25 Euro palette. I Think thats a lot, other companys figure out how to do it without extra fees and less shipping payment but oh well... The eyeshadows are good though, only the yellow and the turquoise one are not that pigmented but the pressed glitter eyeshadows are stunning! To be honest, I like the palette because of the glitters but I wont buy from them again...
