I LOVE the colors of this palate! The *only* reason I gave 4/5 is because there is some kick up in the pan and I’m worried that it won’t last very long! Also it woulda been nice to have a greater volume of restock the second round because I still missed out on products from this collection I wanted!

Would be 5 stars, because I looove their product, but I wish they'd send out orders on a new release before putting out another new one. Slow down on the releases Colourpop..

Amazing products and service! When I received my order I was missing one item (a brush). I contacted support via email. They got back with me that night or the next day stating the supply was low due to demand and they would ship one as soon a possible and apologized for the inconvenience. Within 5 days I received my brush. Colourpop has good products and was very quick to fix the error.

I love these products, and I love the sales and deals that the company has. I do wish that we would know of something will be restocked. I ordered a black and white palette from another company bc Blowin’ Smoke had been gone for a while. And then it just popped back up. Also, in the palettes, there often needs to be more hue variety - some are medium tones and very dark ones with no lighter ones to build a balanced look. But I love the products and their reasonable prices.

I love this palette, the pigmentation is great, the colours are beautiful, and they're easy to blend ! If the palette had a mirror it would have been perfect.

Customer service was veeeeeery slow! I accidentally ordered two identical pallets. And want to remove one. But it turned out that they can't change the orders. This is the first time when I was faced with the fact that the company can't change an order that already made. It's nonsense! So, they offered to cancel my order and I can do another one. But, they reacted very slowly and my order was already shipped. Now I have two identical pallets and I have no one who loves makeup so much to buy a green pallet. The quality is still the best, I really like ColourPop eyeshadows, and everything else.

Shipping isn’t the best anymore now that they are using dhl and I wasn’t totally satisfied with the way they handled a product that came broken (not because of shipping, was clearly a factory defect), but the products are always good and reasonably priced. Definitely just as good as any high end brand.
