Got on trust pilot to see if anyone else was experiencing a shipping problem, and it looks like I’m not! Ladies & gents, let’s bombard Colourpop’s social media and demand answers! It’s been only one week for me. I’m going to message & comment on Colourpop’s posts until I get a response. Follow me @deniangelica! 2 stars because I’m giving them the benefit of doubt IF the makeup ever arrives.

Unfortunately I’m not happy I did not receive my package I ordered 2 weeks ago. They haven’t emailed me a tracking number . Though can’t even email them or call them I find this very upsetting. The first two times I ordered was fine the product is great but the customer service is difficult this is my last time ordering from this company

I made my order 3 weeks ago and the tracking still says "on its way to USPS" ... I don't think i will get my package before christmas, I'm so disappointed... i don't think i will order again.

I ordered my product on 11/28/19 and today is 12/09/19 and I have heard nothing about my order except for a order summary email. This is terrible! Via the email processing should be at the most 5 days and I have heard nothing!!!! I love this brand but the shipping hassles will prevent me from ordering in the future.

I love Colourpop, but the shipping is taking forever. I’ve placed my order more than a week ago, and I am still waiting for my order to be shipped. I would’ve liked an update email about the status of my order, just to let me know what’s happening with my order at the moment.

I liked how voluminous my lashes looked, but after an hour or so I see the mascara over the top of my cheeks like I had just been crying. Sweat is not a factor with the cold weather we've had and I've even set my makeup. I haven't had this problem with a mascara in a long time, so that was disappointing. I've given this a few shots, once with a single layer, same result.
