Ordered eyeshadow set for my daughters birthday and upon opening the box 3 lids were completely off the pots and the rest were barely on. This resulted in 3 being completely unusable and many others not being up to scratch. I asked for a replacement and was refused, they offered me a £21 gift card, the product was £77. I told them I don’t want a gift card and they offered a one time refund of again £21. I will never use this company again. When refund came through they only sent back £15.

I received the wrong order twice and instead of trying to send me the correct item they just refunded me and said i got a "courtesy" replacement

My eyeshadow palettes came in broken, items were missing from my order, and I was sent the wrong colors of the lipsticks that I ordered. I am NOT happy considering I spent over $100 on both of these orders as an introduction to the brand ColourPop. I do NOT recommend ordering online from ColourPop - there's no quality control on shipping OR PACKAGING OR ASSEMBLY! 0/10 Experience.

Ich habe vor einem Monat bestellt. Erst kam eine Nachricht, dass sich der Versand verzögert. Ok, kein Ding. Dann die erste trackingnummer....dann eine zweite? Fast forward, es sind 3 Wochen vergangen und ich habe NICHTS erhalten. Beide trackingnummern aktualisieren sich nicht. Bin mal gespannt wie viel ich noch fürs Zoll blechen muss, falls jemals etwas ankommt. Auf Supportanfragen reagiert übrigens niemand. Scamseite, durch und durch.

Um, well I ordered this stuff back in July and I atill havent gotten it… so yeah.

I still haven’t received my order and it has been over a month. I’ve sent emails but I keep getting excuses. There’s no tracking available.

Ich warte seit 2 Monaten auf mein Paket und habe es noch immer nicht erhalten. Mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufzunehmen bringt rein garnichts man bekommt immer nur die selbe Antwort und es wird einem nicht weiter geholfen, das Geld wollen sie mir auch nicht zurückgeben. Würde dort nicht mehr bestellen!

I did not receive my order from March 2021z it is September and I still did not receive any feedback from the company. I send several emails. No response.
