I usually i buy my make up here in bulk for the year on black Friday. I've never had issues until 2019 where my order has not even been processed yet and its 12/12/19. I've emailed the company twice and they've replied back that it's still being processed. I understand holiday's are busy but now I won't have my make up in time for Christmas parties. If I knew it would take this long I would have gotten my make up somewhere else.

Very frustrated with this shopping experience. I originally intended to get the frozen makeup sets as presents for my nieces, but was dismayed to find out the eyeshadow palettes and kits contain non-eye safe glitter. When looking for something to buy instead, I was frustrated by out of stock products being listed amongst items in stock. Finally, it’s been 3 weeks and my items still have not shipped. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but I’m very frustrated that the $150 of product and gifts won’t make it in time for Christmas.

It's been 12 days and I haven't received a tracking number yet. IDK if I'll receive my items before Christmas. Order was on 12/1. :(

Submitted my order 10 days ago and it still has not even been shipped.

I ordered for the first time and I am disappointed with the time it is taking for my order to be processed. It’s been over a week and it’s yet to ship.

I received my order today in Spain, and one of the eye shadow palettes, had the shadows moved and wrongly placed, and two of the shadows were broken. I am a bit sad and disapointed because it was a Christmas present. I don't think I can give it like this.

I still haven’t gotten my product and I ordered a week ago. Haven’t heard anything regarding my shipment. I’m just giving 2 stars because the process to order was easy.

it is uncomfortable use the product on my face. This is my first time feel uncomfortable when I use the face milk
