I had a really good experience shopping here. I heard some mixed reviews from this place so I was a bit skeptical but I'm so glad I decided to purchase from here. My order arrived on time, no issues whatsoever. It shipped around the 4th business day and got delivered around the 6th business day, which is really good considering all the delays because of the pandemic and all the people shopping for Christmas gifts. The box it came with was really cute, my palette was nicely secured. Now I will say customer service doesn't always reply to my emails, but when they do they are pretty helpful and not rude to me.

The products are great, i especially love the primer and setting spray set. The only problem I had was with delivery taking almost a month.

I love the products but I received them almost a full month after I had order them. Now this could have been because I order them in the beginning of December and people were ordering in bulk, but then again it was THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER!

I loved the packaging and the items were great. Just a little unfortunate that it takes a while for the package to ship over.

I love the color story, but...some of the darker colors just don’t blend out well. Especially compared to the other colors that blend out so perfectly. It’s disappointing to have that smudged, muddy looking spot on your eye when everything else blends so seamlessly.

Very good products, fast delivery and in good conditions. No worries or bad surprises for the payment. There is more to use!

I love Colourpop items. I ordered two eyeshadow palettes with beautiful eyeshadow colors. The eyeshadows blend perfectly. Mostly everything is great, the only thing I dislike is when I wanted to order another palette I like with the sale price it was out of sale. I would have to wait till they’re available. Also there is no sale on the eyeshadow palette I wanted.
