Some of the eyeshadows were sitting under the inside frame, and I had to gently pull them back into their correct spots, but especially the glitters has dents from the frame. Maybe consider getting better glue. Also, the pan sizes are very small for the original price, I got mine for $9 a piece so I can’t complain much for the price I paid, but if I had paid full price I would’ve been extremely disappointed.

I love my products but I'm sad I didn't receive a product in my purchase. I understand what's going on with the covid19 pandemic and realize shipping orders have come to a halt, I just hope orders won't be forgotten.

Hice mi pedido el 29 de Febrero, el 5 de Marzo Colourpop lo acepto y me envio el número de seguimiento. Para el Jueves 12 ya habia llegado a Perú, pero el Domingo 13 cerraron los transportes interprovinciales, a la fecha mi producto esta atrapado en Lima

The pigment of the products is above average, but quality is not. Everything from liquid or solid lipsticks to eyeshadows is flaky or dries out and gets cracked on your face very quickly.. disappointing

The products and price point are wonderful but the shipping is unacceptable every time. Even if there’s no major holidays it takes 2-3 weeks to get a shipping notification and then another week or so to get the product.

Great quality for the price. However the processing time is ridiculous. No matter when I order or how many items I purchase it takes forever to process so they can give me tracking information. But they certainly do not waste anytime taking my money from my account.
