The pallet wasn’t as pigmented as I thought it would be The eyebrow pencils don’t go on a smooth as I would expect

I loved every product I received. The only issue is that I missed one product and even though I let know to Colourpop through their website I never got an answer to if I could have a refund or if they could send me the missing item. That is the only reason i give it 3 stars. The quality of the products I loved them.

I am missing a eyeshadow color on my build your own eyeshadow palette. I only received 11 of the 12. Other than that I am happy with my purchase

Love this company but hate that I have no idea when my products will be delivered. Also hate that no one has been answering the emails. I have sent two or three in the last two weeks and have yet to get a response.

Tracking of my package was difficult as well as shipping taking way longer than expected. The package did arrive fully safe with no damage to the products inside. It was bubble rapped nicely and the palletes looked as amazing as they did online.

They have some really cute stuff. Really pigmented. But, BUT, this is the problem most people have.... They can come out with 2 new pallettes a week but it takes FOREVER to get it. So, by the time you have ordered your new stuff, 859 new collections have came out by the time it hits your mailbox. If they would put that kind of effort in their delivery they would be the #1 seller.

First time ordering colour pop eyeshadow palette isn't bad but when I recieved my super shock highlighter it was broken kinda weary about ordering more products

Las sombras que compre me encantaron, muy buena la relación calidad/precio, solo que mi pedido se retraso por tres semanas y ni siquiera las alcance a usar para el evento que tenía lo cual fue bastante molesto.
